We offer courses featuring freshly fried, exquisite cutlets, all with all-you-can-drink options. You can choose your stay duration from 2 hours or 3 hours, and we also accept reservations for groups. You can also add set options such as a mini rice bowl set (with miso soup and pickles) for an additional 800 yen (tax included) or a small portion of Echizen grated radish soba noodles for an additional 800 yen (tax included), ensuring a truly satisfying banquet.

"Thin tonkatsu," "quick preparation," and "dipped in sauce" are the hallmarks of "Kanade An." Born in Waseda, this quick-prepared cutlet was named "Wase Katsu." The freshly fried cutlet, served over rice in a bowl and dipped in our original sweet and savory sauce, is truly exquisite. The "Wase Katsu Set Meal" is also highly recommended. *Lunch is 1500 yen (tax included).

(Doctor Fry works by generating an electrical potential in the oil, separating oil and water and reducing oil absorption. This brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients while halving the amount of oil absorbed by the batter, resulting in a delightful cutlet.)
